All home inspectors inspect the same things but it is the quality and thoroughness of the inspection that makes the difference. Being a woman in a predominantly male field DOES NOT mean that I do not crawl under your house or in the attic or on the roof. I do ALL of these phases so I can provide a very comprehensive opinion on the condition of the property in question. |

The inspection report you will receive (same day via e-mail or fax) will give you an extensive overview of all the components of the structure whether they are good or bad in an unbiased format. This will be documented with color digital photographs within the report. All this will enable you to make a more informed decision concerning the property. |
